

Preceded in death by his 1st wife of 46 years, Darline Adams.
Survived by his wife of 13 years, Jacquelyn Smith (Gallia) Adams of Leesville, LA; children Suzzette Chance (Ron) of Pineville, LA, Jennifer Smith (Randy) of Royal, AR, William B. “Bill” Adams III (Coylene) of Moss Bluff, LA, Charline Jacobs (Jay) of Keller, TX; grandchildren Rebekah Lamb, Sarah Clack, Garrett Smith, Erin Smith, Le’Ann Adams Thompson, Maranda Dautriel, Mike White, Jason Jacobs, Tyler Jacobs; 9 great- grandchildren.
Veteran of the US Army (having served in Germany), 3rd degree Mason with a lifetime membership, retired after a long career with South Central Bell Telephone Company for 35 years, avid fisherman, loved to travel, member of Old Anacoco Baptist Church, a loving father/grandfather and a friend to all.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, February 26th, 2015 at 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville, LA. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 27th, 2015 at 11:00am at Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville, LA with Reverend Scott Lamb and Rev. Wayne Chance officiating. Interment will follow in Westlake Memorial Park, Westlake, LA.
