Kenneth Joseph Lucero

Kenneth Lucero, born April 1st 1948, San Diego, California, longtime companion of JoAnn Vermillion; father of Christina Sanchez-Alvarez,(Tina); Kenneth Lucero II, (Kenny); grandfather to two grandchildren; died August 15th 2015.

He was an avid sports fan that was always looking for the next to game start. He enjoyed watching his grandson, Adrian, play baseball as well as spend time with his family and friends. He shared walks on the beach with JoAnn, as well as experienced some great adventures over the years with her!

He worked for the San Diego Padres for over 30 years in game day operation as a guest service supervisor, and retired from the Navy Exchange as a barber. Ken was a dedicated, loyal and hardworking employee.

Most of all Ken loved to make people laugh! He was a fun loving man that will be greatly missed!
