Susan Eileen Thurman

Born Dec.19, 1949, passed on December 17, 2015 at home after her battle with cancer. Susan spent many years as a "Team Mom " and score keeper at Spring Valley Little League. She was employed at La Mesa Mail Boxes where you would always be met with a smile that could light up the highway in the darkest of night. She had an open mind and heart of gold. Her wonderful smile and love of friends and family, love of life can't be replaced nor forgotten by any that knew her. Generous to a fault to family, friend and stranger.

Susie is preceded in death by grandparents Milton and Ruth Bragg, and her two parents Robert and Phyllis Sams. Susie is survived by her husband of 39 years David Thurman Sr. Sons, Daniel Mauldin, Aaron Thurman, Step Son David Thurman Jr. and her two beautiful Grandchildren Noah and Kaeyln.

Susie's wishes were that no services be held.
