

The son of Andy and Terri Freeman, he was born on October 17, 1997 in Burke County.
Mr. Freeman was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Terry Wayne Frye and brother, Justin Lee Cook.
In addition to Andy and Terri, he is survived by his children, Easton Lee Freeman and Addilyn Freeman; paternal grandparents, Keith Freeman and Jackee Freeman Mask, both of Hickory; maternal grandparents, Rickey and Paulette Gragg of Connelly Springs; maternal great-grandparents, Paul and June Yount of Hickory; biological father, John Cook of Morganton; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
Bryson loved hard and played hard. He had a knack for making people laugh with his humorous and goofy side. Bryson was an excellent basketball player and he loved all sports and horror movies. His smile was infectious and he would often make funny faces to get a laugh. Bryson touched the lives of so many; a friend to all who knew him.
Bryson adored his family. His son, Easton, was the apple of his eye, loving him so dearly. He will be greatly missed by his family, extended family, and many friends.

The family will receive friends at Pendry’s Funeral Home Chapel from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, August 15, 2021. A memorial service will follow, starting at 3:00 pm, with Rev. Von Ramsey officiating. Bryson loved all people as they were so the family invites everyone to come dressed comfortably.
