Delphia is survived by her children Angela Sharp (her husband David Allen), Kathy Smithey (her husband Truett), Bubba Bright, and Kevin Bright (his wife Natasha), nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, her siblings Lee Hart, Roger Hart, Jay Hart, and Eva Hagerman.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years Phillip Bright, her son David Hart, her parents Hershel and Bannie Hart, her brother Don Hart, her sister Gaynell Phillips, her brother Ronnie Hart, and her brother June Hart.
Delphia was always happy and joking; she was a people-person. She never met a stranger. She loved all of her children and her grandchildren beyond measure.
The family will be holding a private service at a later date.
