Mrs. Justice was born on January 17, 1933 in Yancey County to the late Tom and Willie Towe Edge. She was a painter for Habersham and Century Furniture and loved to work crossword puzzels.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Sullivan Justice and a sister, Kay Decker.
Those left to cherish the memory of Mrs. Jean Justice include her four sons, Michael Justice of Lenoir; Randy Justice of Hudson; Bobby Justice of Hudson; John Justice and Wife Ginger of Granite Falls. Three grandsons, Casey Justice and Patrick Justice of Granite Falls; Jessey Justice of Hudson, one great granddaughters, Cali and Zoey, sisters, Paula St. Clair of Martinsville, VA and Edna Kaylor or Granite Falls.
A private graveside service to honor the memory of Mrs. Justice will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in Hudson on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 11:00 am with Rev. Ed Warren officiating.
