John Curtis Peck Jr.

He was born August 9, 1955 in South Boston, Virginia, to the late John Curtis Peck Sr. and Lois Jean Fallen Peck.

John was a loving, husband, dad, grandfather, caring, devoted family Christian man. He enjoyed going on vacations to the beach and Pigeon Forge with the family. He was a plant supervisor most of his life, started out in welding and worked for Vulcan for 41 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his grandmother; Minnie Sisk.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 41 years, Marsha Shaver Peck of the home, Daughters; Tina Daye and husband John, of Lenoir, Tiffany Easter and husband Donald Easter III of Lenoir grandson; Austin Caudill of Lenoir, nephew; David Elliott, and a sister; Gail Elliott.

A Funeral Service will be held at Whitenel Penticostal Holiness of Lenoir at 2:00pm on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 with Pastor Gray Williams and Pastor David Crisp officiating. A visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial park cemetery.
