Larry Greene

Larry Greene, 61, of Lenoir, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 at his residence. Born on December 7, 1954 in Wilkes County, NC, he was the son of Ila Minton Greene and the late Leonard Morris Greene.

In addition to his father Leonard Morris Greene, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Carl Greene and Junior Greene. He is survived by his mother, Ila Minton Greene of Lenoir; daughter, Amie Greene of Lenoir; son, Justin Greene and his wife, Elizabeth Greene of Charlotte, grandchildren, Tucker and Blake; sister, Geraldine Cline and her husband, Floyd of Lenoir; brothers, Ray Greene and his wife, Loretta, Randy Greene and his wife Mitzi and Ricky Greene and his wife, Rebekah, all of Lenoir; and numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 am on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home with the Reverend Jordan Swink officiating.

Burial will follow the service at Blue Ridge Memorial Park in Lenoir. Pallbearers honoring Mr. Greene will be Kevin Greene, Cody Greene, Terry Greene, Chris Greene, Anthony Cline and Randy Huffman.
