Born on January 10, 1970, to the late Theodore and Pamela Henderson Carroll, Michael was a resident of Lenoir, North Carolina.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mona Carroll.
Michael had a big heart, close to his nieces and nephews and extended family. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing. He also liked music and playing video games.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Cayla Carroll of Granite Falls, sister, Hollie Carroll of Lenoir, a brother, Wesley Carroll of Lenoir, nephews, Tyler Carroll, Bryce Horton, and a niece, Alexis Carroll.
A family led Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Heavenly Hope Baptist Church at 509 Ronquil Place in Lenoir with Rev. Larry Marley officiating.
The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the church.
