She was in Leesburg, Fl., to the late Charles Franklin and Vera McDonell on September 03, 1949.
Nancy and her husband of 47 years John Tyron Barker, DMD operated his successful dental practice in Hudson, NC. Nancy graduated from Leesburg High School and Clemson University with a degree in Medical Technology. She was a loving wife and mother.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her younger brother; David Bruce McDonell of New Braunfels, Texas.
Those left to cherish her memories is her husband of 47 years John Tyron Barker, DMD, daughter; Celeste Holden Barker DVM of Aiken, SC., and brother; Charles Franklin McDonell, Jr., MD of Hickory, NC.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to AMOREM Hospice of Caldwell Co.
