Roland Francis Dula

Mr. Roland Francis Dula, 55 of Lenoir passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Amorem Hospice in Hudson. Mr. Dula, born July 5, 1966 in Caldwell County, was the son of Willette Goode Dula and the late Arnold Benjamin Dula. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Howell.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters: Arnita Dula of Hickory, Adrienne Dula of Lenoir, nieces, Gabrielle Dula of Lexington, Keisha Howell of Winston Salem, a great-aunt, Gerri Dula and a god-sister, Robin Reeves (Michael) of Greensboro. Also surviving are numerous extended family members.

A Homegoing service to honor Roland will be held in the chapel of Pendry’s Lenoir Funeral Home with Rev. Rocky Dula officiating on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow the service at Dulatown Memorial Park in Lenoir. Serving as pallbearers will be friends of the family.

The family will receive friends for 1 hour prior to the service, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Pendry’s Funeral Home.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to Bayada Home Health and especially his nurse, Mark Silvey for his kind and compassionate care.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Amorem, formerly Caldwell Hospice at 902 Kirkwood
