Roy O'Neil "Neil" Blair, age 67, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at his residence. Neil was born June 11, 1955 in Caldwell County to the late John Jacob and Vena Seagle Blair.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe and Lacy Blair, two nephews, Keith Blair and Jason Greene.
Neil enjoyed old cars, riding motorcycles and playing the guitar. He loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Crystal Goble of Lenoir, a son, Roy Jacob Blair of Ohio, a brother, Paul Blair of Granite Falls, two sisters, Martha Marshall and Karen Blair, both of Hiddenite, his three grandchildren, Bailey Pierce of Hickory, Logan Chandler of Lenoir and Nathan Bryant of Hickory.
Also left to cherish his memory are several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
The family will receive friends for two hours, from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home.
