Mrs. Simon was born January 13, 1969 to the late Jimmy Daniel and Mary Jo Cousin.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Michael Simon of the home, sons; Devin, Miles and Xavier Simon and a step-daughter; Megan Norwood.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Mt Pilgrim Baptist Church.
