William Rufus Price passed on April 10, 2026, at the age of 78, having been born on November 2,1947 in Caldwell County to the late Jo Alice Price Harmon. He was a resident of Granite Falls.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Reba Triplett Price, two brothers, Kenneth and Richard Price.
He is survived by his son, Derek Price, a granddaughter, Ashlyn Price, two brothers, Frankie and Tommy Price and a sister, Linda Barlow.
In keeping with his wishes, no public services will be held, there will be a private Celebration of Life service.
