

Domingo was born February 12, 1950 to Jorge B. Rendon and Isidra G. Rendon, who preceded him in death. He was raised in Levelland, Texas and graduated from Levelland High School and South Plains College (SPC). In his youth he enjoyed playing baseball and wrestling with his older brother, Ynasio, as well as looking after his younger sister, Janie. After attending SPC, he accepted a position with Texaco, Inc. (now Chevron) at the age of 21. Domingo retired after 43 years and 10 months of dedicated service to this company.
Domingo met and fell in love with Christina Sanchez on September 2, 1975 while Christina attended SPC. They married shortly after on June 1, 1976 and recently celebrated 39 blessed years of marriage. Domingo and Christina were blessed with four beautiful children and enjoyed camping, boating, sports, church activities and spending time together. He also enjoyed carpentry, guitars, and riding motorcycles.
Domingo obeyed the gospel in 1981 and was a faithful servant of the Lord and a member of the Iglesia de Cristo/Cactus Drive Church of Christ, and eventually Rose Avenue Iglesia de Cristo.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Christina Rendon; their four children, Domingo (Angela) Rendon, Jr., Cynthia Dee Zuniga, Crystal (William) Brown, and James Isaac Rendon; his 6 grandchildren, Zaney Belle, Ethan Luke, Ella Olivia, Nicholas Ryan, Sebastian James, and Thiago John; 2 siblings, Ynasio and Janie Rendon; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and other loving relatives and friends.
