Martha Marie Richardson

We want to remember our Mom and Granny as she was, a beautiful and vibrant woman who loved life and lived it to the fullest. Her zest for life was evident in all she did and to all she came in contact with. She loved her family and friends and never met a stranger. Martha was born to Frank and Audina Wanner in Dickinson, ND. She relocated to Levelland, Texas, where she and Bill raised two daughters, Vicki and Annette. She graduated from Methodist School of Nursing and worked for Cook Memorial Hospital in Levelland; and then later for Sears Methodist Retirement Systems (SMRS) in Abilene. She was called home January 25, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ed and Ted; and sister, Helen. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Roberts and Annette (Gary) Smith; and their father, Bill Williams, who loved her and was by her side until the end; and grandchildren, Michael Roberts, Michelle Roberts Miears, Jerod Houser, Justin (Alex) Houser, Kellie Smith and Aaron Smith. The family want to thank their angels, Lidia, the staff of Calvert Personal Care Services, Calvert Home Health Care and Hospice of Lubbock. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Lubbock. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 2PM in the City of Levelland Cemetery with Pastor Mike Holster officiating.
