Born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, Herbie came to the United States as a young man and settled in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. He has been a resident of Willingboro since 1979.
Until his retirement, he was employed for 43 years with Perry Equipment Corporation, in Hainesport, NJ.
Herbie was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing and playing dominoes.
Most important to him was the time spent with his many family and friends.
Beloved husband of 63 years to Gloria (Morales), Herbie is the loving father of Betzaida Borrero, Luz N. Arrison (Paul), Enit O'Donnell (Steve) and Ed Rosario Jr. (Rosely).
He is the devoted grandfather of 10; proud great grandfather of 9; and the dearest brother of Olga Gonzalez, Joseph Rosario, Carlos Rosario (Rosita), Dolores Rosario (Guillermina) and Candida Rosario (Chris).
Mr. Rosario will also be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
Services and interment will be held privately.
