Ann Marie Johnson

Ann Marie Johnson Ann Marie (McHale) Johnson died on Sunday, May 8, 2011 at Chelsea at Jenkintown, Abington Township. She was 84. Born and raised in Pittston, she was an original Levittown homeowner, moving there in 1952. She was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish and was a founding member of the Federated Club of Levittown. She was also a happy member of the Gourmet Club. Mrs. Johnson enjoyed skiing and traveling. Beloved wife of the late William J. Johnson, Jr., Mrs. Johnson is the devoted and loving mother of Dr. William J., Jr. and his wife, Amy of Mount Airy, NC, Mary Banas and her husband, Brian of Levittown, Kevin and his wife, Donna of Media and Rosemond Kacsur and her husband, David of Furlong. She was the very proud grandmother of Corrine, Christian, Ryan, Rosemond, Tyler, Kevin, Stephen, William, James and Mary and the sister of Joseph McHale of Reston, VA. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, May 17, 7:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 18, 10:00 am at Assumption, BVM Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Road, Feasterville. Rite of Committal will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. The family would like to acknowledge the staff of Chelsea at Jenkintown and Abraham's Hospice for the care given to Mrs. Johnson.
