

Caleb Justin Kelley, Airman First Class died February 3, 2014 while stationed at Osan Air Force Base in Republic of Korea. He was born July 23, 1989 to Ron and Karen Kelley in Philadelphia, PA. Caleb worked in Geospatial Intelligence as an analyst and was assigned to the 6th Intelligence Squadron. He was awarded the following decorations: Air Force Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, and Air Force Training Ribbon. Caleb was thoughtful, inquisitive, compassionate, agreeable, and talkative. He was careful and observant, always thinking and putting pieces together. He was witty, creative, and independent. He was intellectually engaged in the world around him. His out-of-the box way of thinking contributed to his amazingly creative talent as a photographer. Caleb will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was very well loved and respected. We wish we didn't have to let go of him so soon. Caleb was preceded in death by his grandmother Jean Woodbury Rollins and his cousin John John-John Rollins Spangler. He is survived by his parents, his siblings Karissa Kelley and Stephen Kelley, and his grandfather Arthur J Rollins. He was loved by all his many aunts, uncles, and first and second cousins as well as many friends throughout the country and on both sides of the ocean. In California, the service will be held at 3 pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Turlock Memorial Park, 425 N Soderquist Road, Turlock, CA 95381. Viewing will be precede the service at 2 pm. A light reception will follow at Covenant Village, 2125 N Olive Ave, Turlock, CA 95382. In Pennsylvania, the interment will be held at10 a.m on Monday, February 17, 2014 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. Please meet at the cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newton, PA 18940. We will drive from the main entrance to the location of the service.There will be a reception following at the home of a family friend. Directions will be provided at the cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at New Life Glenside Church, 467 N Easton Road, Glenside, PA 19038. A reception at the church will follow. We have been immensely blessed by this organization, powered by an army of volunteers, which is dedicated to assisting traveling and grieving military personnel and their families all over the world. USO volunteers escorted the Kelley family through various airports on their way to and from California for services.
