Cassius L. SmithCassius L. Smith died on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Saint Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. He was 81.Born in Wiscoy, NY, he was a longtime resident of Fairless Hills, prior to moving to Langhorne 5 years ago.Mr. Smith was a Chemical Technician with FMC Corporation in Princeton, NJ for 37 years until retiring in 1999.He loved to fish and play cards. Mr. Smith especially enjoyed bridge, word puzzles and all games.Beloved husband of the late Sandra E. (Phillipson), Mr. Smith is the loving father of Cheryl E. Smith (Don Garrett), Roger (Jolene) and Brian (Julie) Smith.He is the devoted grandfather of Sydney, Jenna, Xander, Chris (Jenn) and Mandy; proud great grandfather of Levi and Eden; and brother of Patricia Young and Marjorie Smith.He will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm and on Thursday, from 9:30 until 10:30 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 10:30 am.
