Mrs. Moore was a life long resident of Lower Bucks County. She was born in Bristol, and resided in Levittown for 55 years before moving to Langhorne. She was an original member of St. Michael the Archangel Parish, and in her later years, a member of Falls and Middletown townships’ senior centers.
Beloved wife of the late Robert L. and loving mother of the late Angela Messick (Jim), Mrs. Moore is survived by her devoted children, Robert M. Moore (Patricia), Claudia J. Wallick (Bob), and Jessica M. Vitale (Felix).
She will also be sadly missed by her dear grandchildren, Robert E. Moore (Jennifer), Crystal Moore, Derek Moore (Emily), Ashley Raudenbush (Charlie), Robert Wallick, Jr. (Lauren), Carly Gardener (Austin), Virginia Vitale, Angelina Shinn (Thomas), and Vincent Vitale; and great-grandchildren, Jordan, Brianna, Reese, Reid, Nora, and Hannah; and many nieces and nephews.
Raising her children and maintaining a beautiful home was always her highest priority. As most Italian mothers do, she took great pride in having her family enjoy her signature meatballs. When she wasn’t cooking, Catherine enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and visiting Atlantic City.
The family offers their sincere thanks to the incomparable staff at Pickering Manor for their care and compassion given to their mother over the last five years.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown.
