Cathleen F. "Katie" McNeill Piasecki passed away suddenly at her home at the age of 59.Born in Holyoke, MA, Katie has been a long time resident of Levittown and was a graduate of the former Woodrow Wilson High School. She achieved her BSN/RN at Northeastern Hospital School of Nursing.Katie spent over 35 years as a nurse, spending most of those years in the emergency room at Aria Health Bucks Campus.Loving mother of Collin F. Imhof (Yvo) and Madison Q. Piasecki (Justin Schick), Katie is the devoted grandmother of McKinley Q. Schick and Autumn O. Imhof.She is the longtime companion of Michael T. Kurtz; the dear daughter of Francis L. McNeill; and sister of Daniel W. McNeill (Lynn) and Liz Wurtz (Brian).Katie will also be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews and her cat, Ollie.She was predeceased by her mother, Elizabeth J. (Ward) McNeill and a niece, Catherine A. Wurtz.Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, September 13, 2018, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Katie's name to A.L.S. Association - Greater Philadelphia Chapter, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260, Ambler, PA 19002.
