Charles Walter Anderson

Born in Bristol PA, Charles was a proud resident of Croydon, PA and graduated from Delhaas High School in 1961. He moved to Levittown in 1968 and was a devoted family man.

He spent four years in the US Navy- proudly serving his country.

Charles was a dedicated member of the Piledrivers Local #454. He was also a member of the John Billington VFW Post #6495 in Levittown, PA.

He was an avid golfer and he loved going to eat at Ariana's Pizza.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents Norman and Bette (Corson) Anderson, and his siblings Joan Manley and Bud Anderson.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 56 years, Rita (Schroeder) Anderson; his children Dawn Yamrich (Tim) and Charles Anderson (Renee); and his grandchildren Megan, Timothy, Elizabeth, and Daniel Yamrich, Ashley Hazelett (Ryan), Brittany Anderson (Mike) and Charles Anderson Jr. (Ariana).

The family will receive friends on Saturday March 12, 2022 from 11am to 1pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd Levittown, PA 19056 followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Rd. Bensalem, PA 19020.
