Charles L. LashCharles L. "Jack" Lash died on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown. He was 83.Born in Burham, PA, and a graduate of the Williamsport Technical Institute, Mr. Lash has been a longtime Lower Bucks County resident. For 34 years, Mr. Lash was employed as a Welder with US Steel Fairless Works in Central Maintenance and was also employed part-time as a Welder with Waste Gas Steel Fabrication. He was a proud US Army Korean War veteran.Beloved husband of 63 years to Eleanor L. (Randolph), Mr. Lash is the loving father of Barry K. Lash (Diana).He is the devoted grandfather of Keith A. Lash (Kathleen) and proud great grandfather of Emma K. Lash.Mr. Lash will also be sadly missed by his sister, Suzanne Wertz (John) and several nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, December 18, 2016, from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm.
