Deborah "Debbie" Ann Cervo

Debbie was born in Glenolden, PA, was a longtime resident of Northeast Philadelphia, PA and most recently resided in Southampton, PA. Debbie graduated from Archbishop Ryan High School, Philadelphia, PA class of 1972.

She was an avid bowler and participated in Archbishop Ryan's bowling league. She attended Community College of Philadelphia and worked at both the Frankford Arsenal and IRS.

Debbie loved to celebrate birthdays and holidays. Christmas was her favorite. Debbie started her Christmas shopping in September and made sure that every family member, including all of our pets, received at least one Christmas present. She had a knack at finding unique gifts.

She also loved spending time in Wildwood, NJ, relaxing on the beach, eating funnel cake and pizza. She looked forward to going down the shore every summer.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents Carmela (Calvello) and David Cervo, and sister Carmel Mary. She is survived by her siblings, Betty Jean Devlin, Danny Cervo (Rita), Monica Kovack, and Mary Gallagher (Mike).

Debbie will be missed by her many nieces and nephews Carla McCarthy (Don) and Colleen Coyne (Mike), Gina Gross (Jason), Danny Cervo, Jr., Tommy Kovack, Jimmy Kovack, Shannon Gallagher and Megan Brin (Samuel); great nieces and nephews, Ryan (AnnMarie), Kelsey, Michael, Lauren, Sean (Kylie), Matthew, Zorina, and Vivien and great-great nieces and nephews London, Liam, Madison, and Gianna. She will also be missed by her aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was dearly loved by so many people.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm followed by a memorial service at 12:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056.

A private funeral service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon PA at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Debbie’s name may be made to an organization of your choice or a memorial tree planted in memory of Debbie at A Living Tribute.
