Born in Drums, PA, Frances has been a longtime resident of Lower Bucks County and a member of Queen of the Universe Parish, Levittown.
In earlier years, Frances worked as a hairdresser. She loved gardening, cooking and listening to music but mostly she loved spending time with her family.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph A., Frances is survived by her children, Joseph Rouse (Diane), John Rouse, Mary Taylor (Corey); her grandchildren, James, Marissa, John Paul, Michael and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Victoria, Jude Thomas, Veronica, Nicholas, Sara, Drake and Hazel; and her sister, Teressa Hughes.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cecelia Hoffmann and her, sister Irene Heckrote
Family and friends are invited to call from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
