

Frank was born in born in Passaic, NJ, to Otto and Pauline Rohn. Frank is survived by his daughters Lisa McCarry and Laura Ross (Richard); his grandchildren, Rebecca (Renardo), Richard (Nicole), Michael (Jessica), Jessica (Erik), Samantha (Arnell), Bill (Kayla) and Taylor; 18 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; his sister, Margaret Baum, and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife and sweetheart of 54 years, Marlene (nee Murray); his son, Frank Jr; his son-in-law Joseph McCarry; and his granddaughter, Heather Ross.
Frank grew up in Edgely where he played baseball in the cow pastures that are now Route 13. He enjoyed living by the Delaware canal where he would fish and ice skate and play along the canal towpath. In his early teens Frank worked on the farms in the area that are now Levittown.
He was a 1949 graduate of Bristol High School. He served his country with honor in the US Navy during the Korean War serving on the Dogfish submarine. After his discharge, he went to work for Bell Telephone and retired after 35 years. All 3 of his children followed in that path and had careers at Bell. During the early years at Bell, he attended Drexel University where he received his degree in Accounting. He spent the past 10 years residing with his daughter, Lisa, in Levittown
A visitation and short service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 8:30am at James Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Rd Levittown, PA. Burial with full military honors will follow at 10:00 AM, at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
