

Fredd Colletti was born in Trenton, New Jersey to parents, Salvatore and Michalena Colletti. He graduated from Trenton High School. He continued his education at Rutgers University (1955-1957), University of Delaware (1957-1960, Bachelor's degree) and University of Maryland (1960-1961, Graduate student) in Psychology and Engineering. Fredd went on to establish a career as a Personnel Staffing Specialist in 1962 working for the Federal Government at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. Fredd owned his own business Select Staffing (1967-1983) with locations in Morrisville, PA and Trenton, NJ. He was the President of Fredd Colletti Internet Personnel Services specializing in Engineering & Science. Also he was a teacher at CHI Institute.
Fredd was a singer, songwriter and guitarist. He had a 45 record “You Won't Be Easy To Forget” & “What About Tomorrow” that was sold in stores and one of his songs played on the radio. He was a big Elvis Presley fan and saw him live at Madison Square Garden, New York. Also Fredd loved Superman and Green Lantern.
To his family, friends and anyone who was lucky enough to meet Fredd, he was the nicest most caring person in the world. He brought peace and harmony to every person as well as situation. The world was a better place because he was in it.
Fredd was preceded in death by his parents Salvatore and Michalena Colletti.
Fredd is survived by wife Catherine, his sons Christopher and Damien, and cousin Bobby.
A celebration of life for Frederic will be held Monday, April 8, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, with a prayer service taking place at 6:00 PM.
