George was born in Bristol, PA, to parents, George and Isabella Schlatzer. He Graduated from Neshaminy Langhorne High School in 1977. In his free time, George Loved fishing and crafting, especially with wood. He was a hardworking, dedicated, motivated, and talented individual. George loved the sun and surf of Ocean City, NJ, trout fishing in the clearest streams of PA, and working effortlessly on his homemade crafts for all to enjoy and display every holiday season.
George was preceded in death by his father George J. Schlatzer Sr.
George is survived by his son George J. Schlatzer III; his mother Isabella Schlatzer (neeYocom); his sisters Sharon Miller and Debra Bucci (Lawrence); many nieces and nephews; and his life partner Helen Schmidit.
Services for George will be held in private.
