Gilda JonesGilda Jones died peacefully with her family by her side, on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Crestview Center in Langhorne. She was 95.Born in Charleroi, PA, Gilda has been a resident of Bristol for the past 60 years.She loved crocheting, baking and going to the casinos.Wife of the late Francis "Bud", Mrs. Jones is the beloved sister of Clara Desko.She is the loving aunt of George Desko (Grace); Barry Desko (Risa); and Jay Desko (Rae-Jean).Mrs. Jones will also be sadly missed by several great nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, from 9:30 until 10:30 at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 34th Street and Civic Center Blvd., Development Office, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
