Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Barlow has been a long time resident of Lower Bucks County and was a member of St. John the Evangelist parish.
She enjoyed reading, bowling, playing tennis and golf.
Beloved wife of the late James Edward Barlow, Helen was the loving mother of Karen Tedor, Carolyn Jutkiewicz, and the late Michelle (Barlow) Bauer and James Barlow.
She will also be missed by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be announced at a later date.
