Herbert A. Baker Herbert A. Baker, 61, died suddenly on Friday, May 15, 2015 in Southampton, PA. He was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Edward V. Baker and the late Jeanette Baker Affleck. Herb was a USPSA Life Member, NRA Life Member, NSSA Member, & a long time member of the Holmesburg Fish & Game Association. Herb was an accomplished competitive shooter, armorer, gunsmith, munitions designer, golfer, billiards player, photographer, mentor and a loyal friend. He is survived by two brothers Edward (Dee) of Conway, SC and David (Margie) of Yardley, PA, one nephew Andrew, three nieces: Melanie, Bridgett & Sarah, many cousins and numerous friends. Friends and family are invited to call on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 6:00 until 7:30 pm at the James Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19056, where his memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm. Interment will be held Friday morning at precisely 11:00 am at Sunset Memorial Park, 333 County Line Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053.
