Herbert R. Porter died peacefully in his sleep on Monday, January 16, 2017. He was 93. He was born on Long Island, NY. He was an original homeowner in the Stonybrook section of Levittown, PA where he raised his family. He retired from Baker Sheet Metal to Port Orange, FL where he spent the next 26 years with his devoted wife Louise, enjoying the sites and attractions in the warm and sunny weather. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, NASCAR races and his Ford Mustang.He is survived by his beloved wife, Louise, of 68 years; his daughters Angela Joyce (Dennis), Elizabeth Vincelli (Nicholas), and Carol Ellis (late husband Lee); his grandchildren Timothy (Caroline), Kathryn (Brian), and Tricia (Carmen); and his great grandchildren Rylee, Calleigh, Vincenzo, and Leonardo.The family would like to thank Attleboro Nursing Home for all their kindness, care and compassion. Service and interment will be private.
