James was born on September 9, 1959 to Michael and Ruth Cullen in Hightstown, NJ. He served in the US NAVY as a Chief Petty Officer before he retired, moving on to work at Firmenich as a Compounder.
While traveling the world in the Navy, James met Dahlia Facundo in the Philippines; they were married for 25 years and raised three children together.
James was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Ruth Cullen as well as his sister, Theresa Tabler. He is survived by his three children, Michael, Teresa and Felix, three grandchildren, his sister Nancy Gorski, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He will be having a military burial by the US NAVY.
