A longtime resident of Levittown, Pa, she was a proud graduate of Bishop Conwell High School. Jill was also a graduate of both Gwynedd-Mercy College (Bachelors in Biology) and Drexel University (Masters in Library Science).
From the day she graduated, she was employed by Estee-Lauder as a chemist. When Jill wasn’t working she enjoyed many crafts such as jewelry making, crotcheting, painting and attending her favorite musical groups concerts and shows. She was a rabid Seattle Seahawks fan and loved her Philadelphia Flyers. Jill also had a special love for all things Disney throughout her life.
Jill will always be remembered by those whose lives she touched for her smile, her quick wit and her loyalty. Jill was more than just a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a godmother or a friend she was kind, caring and would do anything she could to help people around her get to a better place wherever she could. Her impact on people’s lives is often understated and will not be forgotten.
She is survived by her father, Francis; her brother, Brian; nephew, Ian; and nieces Zoe and Cayden; in addition to countless aunts, uncles, cousins, godchildren and friends.
A celebration of life for Jill Trotter, will take place at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home located at 2200 Trenton Road in Levittown, PA, on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 10am to 12pm.
In lieu of flowers Jill has requested that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
