Joanne Marie Hayes

Joanne was born in Philadelphia to parents were John and Joan Shegda. She graduated from Conwell Eagan High School in 1971. After graduating, she worked for State Of New Jersey, and later for the Internal Revenue Service . Joanne like to bowl, and belonged to Catholic Daughters of America, as well as, Regina Guild.

Joanne leaves behind her loving husband, Michael Hayes, and her brothers: John Shegda (Kathy), Thomas Shegda (Ruth), and Robert Shegda (Kathy).

A viewing for Joanne will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM, and burial at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pennsylvania 19020.
