John KapralJohn Kapral of Levittown passed on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Aria Hospital Torresdale Campus. He was 81.He was born in Swoyersville, PA, then moved to Morrisville in the mid 1950's, later settling in Bristol Township. He most recently resided at the Delaware Valley Veterans Home.He worked for Vulcanized Rubber then Meade Packaging until retiring.John proudly served in the Air Force during the Korean War and was a long time member of Immaculate Conception Parish.He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, June Kapral, grandson, David and many siblings.The loving father of Donna Martin (Tom) and David Kapral (Lisa) and the devoted grandfather of Steven, Nicholas, Alyssa and Michelle.One of 18 children of the late Charles and Helen (Matcko) Kapral, he is survived by his twin brother Joe, his sister Fran Stavish (Dan) and many nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, from 9:15 until 10:15 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown. His funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church followed by Rite of Committal in Resurrection Cemetery.Memorial contributions may be made to the Delaware Valley Veterans Home, 2701 Southampton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154.
