Karen, a longtime resident of Levittown, PA, was born to Phyllis Cox and Harold Banks, Mount Union, PA.
Karen shared a loving and incredible 60 years of marriage with her devoted husband, Thomas George, and together they built a legacy centered around family and love. She was an amazing mother to Shawn and Tammy, dedicated grandmother to Daulton, Ashley, Delaina, Ryan, and Josh, and great grandmother to Patrick, Claire, Molly, with another baby boy on the way.
Karen was recognized as Ms. Bucks County in the 1960’s. Her beauty and charm, matched with her need for speed led Karen and Tom to first meet at the Red Barn in Morrisville, PA, drag racing her 1967 GTO. Karen was an avid sports fan, never missing one of her children or grandchildren’s sporting events. A diehard Philadelphia sports fan, Karen would never miss a game, even a west coast Phillies game, and yes, she would stay up for the entire game!
