

Kenneth S. Minch, Sr. Kenneth S. Minch, Sr. died on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia. He was 55. Born in Abington, the son of Mildred (Barnes) Minch of Oakford and the late William Minch, Mr. Minch was a lifetime Lower Bucks County resident, and had resided in Middletown Township for the past 22 years. He was a 1976 graduate of Bensalem High School Until his retirement in July, 2008, Mr. Minch was the Head Custodian for Neshaminy School District, working mostly at Samuel Everett, for 30 years. He enjoyed traveling with his wife around the world and most important was the love of his wife, children and his grandchildren. Beloved husband of 35 years to Diane (Greenleaf), Mr. Minch was the loving father of Kimberly J. Brown (David) of Downingtown and Kenneth S. Minch, Jr. of Bensalem. He was the devoted and proud grandfather of Alexander, Jack and Caroline Brown. Mr. Minch will also be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, Laura Schoefield of Doylestown; Trudy Stafford of Seiford, DE; Edward Minch; Frank Minch and Christine Sweeten (Larry) all of Oakford; his mother-in-law, Helen Greenleaf; sister-in-law, Debora Kaufmann both of Feasterville; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday from 5:00 until 7:00 pm and again on Monday, from 9:00 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation, 325 Chestnut Street, Suite 1016, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
