Kimberly Louise Belmont, affectionately known as Kimmie, passed away peacefully at her home in Levittown, PA, on August 24, 2025, at the age of 55. A radiant presence in the lives of all who knew her, Kimberly will be remembered for her boundless compassion, vibrant spirit, and unwavering dedication to helping others.
Born and raised in the area, Kimberly graduated from Council Rock High School in 1988. She pursued her passion for learning at Bucks County Community College, earning an associate degree in Liberal Arts, and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing at Centenary University. Her professional journey included a successful 19-year career at Construction Data, followed by a deeply fulfilling decade at Aldie Counseling Center, where she touched countless lives.
Kimberly was, above all, a devoted mother, a loving sister, and a treasured friend. Her greatest joy came from her daughters, Taylor Kimberly Bucknum (David Cichocki) and Kiley Karen Bucknum, whose lives she enriched with unconditional love and support. She was the beloved daughter of Thomas J. and Louise E. Belmont, sister to Michael T. Belmont and her identical twin, Karen L. McKeever, and a proud aunt to Liam E. McKeever and Rosemary M. Chamberlain (Richard), as well as great-aunt to Blake, all with whom she shared many joyful moments. Kimberly also leaves behind her cherished pitbull, Lucy, a constant companion and source of comfort.
Her life was filled with passions that reflected her joyful nature. Kimberly loved shelling on Marco Island, attending concerts, cheering on her favorite sports teams, reading, walking, and riding roller coasters at Disney World. She was also deeply committed to community service, especially through her work with Toys for Tots, where she helped bring holiday cheer to children in need.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Terri L. Manall, and her former husband of ten years, Paul J. Bucknum, the father of her children.
A visitation for Kimberly will be held Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19056, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM.
