Kyle was such a wonderful role model to the community of young singers that he pulled together with how he modeled humility, patience and kindness.

In Lianna’s last class with Kyle, she learned to belt her voice.  I drove home listening to her joy and excitement from what she learned she could do.  That's Kyle’s specialty with his quiet but impactful way of bringing out the best in his students.

We are very grateful for the gift of music that Kyle shared with us and are saddened by losing such a wonderful person.

So many memories, all the childhood fun you and the kids had on Boxwood Lane.  The wagon, Halloween, baseball, countless sleepovers and swimming and fairs, there are just so many.
I enjoyed your company and watching you in the plays, the
piano recital, seeing the musician in you grow stronger with age.

Oh, Kyle. Our hearts are broken, and will never be quite the same again. 

Before this last recital, Mia was terrified to sing a solo. You pulled her aside during the final rehearsal. “I wish you had the same confidence in yourself that I have in you. You are so talented. Believe that,” you said. And when she sang, and looked so polished… this smile, one that we were lucky to capture, came almost immediately. 

That joy, and that pride, is something that showed all over your face whenever you were witness to your students’ performances, whether it was by your arrangement or not. I don’t know who was more thrilled when they sang, you or us parents. The way you celebrated each of them, and made them feel so special and seen, is something they will take with them for the rest of their lives. They were so unbelievably blessed to have you to guide them musically, and it breaks our hearts that we will never see this smile again. 

 It is unimaginable to think we will never again hear your beautiful piano melodies or your incredible vocals carry through the hallway at PSPA. There never was, and never will be, another Mr. Kyle. The world is a bit dimmer, and most certainly a lot more quiet, without you here.

I still do not have adequate words to describe the shock and sadness - it was an absolute honor to call Kyle a colleague, mentor, and close friend. Working alongside him all these years and witnessing the lives he has changed has been remarkable. His talent, unwavering dedication to excellence, and gentle presence will be remembered and cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Mr. Kyle was our first face at PSPA.  He was always welcoming and smiling.  Arya had the pleasure of learning piano under him and has grown so much because of his talent and love of what he did.  He will be very missed.

Kyle duke Or mrs.Kyle to me,was a great person. I go to the Pennsylvania  School Of The Performing Arts. And Mrs. Kyle was our voice teacher. There’s something really magical about the bond formed between a pianist and a singer—one that requires trust, spontaneity, listening, and a lot of love. Kyle was a master at cultivating this musical magic with his students. 

I had the gift of learning from Kyle two summers in a row at the Bucks County; we spent countless summer days around his piano (and Ruby). He infected us with joy, catharsis, confidence, and creative energy. It would awaken the room. 

Thank you, Kyle, for shaping my first impressions of what a positive relationship with a music director can feel and sound like. I didn’t realize at the time how lucky I was to get to work with someone as special as you. I miss you, and will be sure to spread your energy and lessons into the future!

I went to high school with Kyle.  His superior musicianship and his calm and gentle presence are what I remember from those years.  I sometimes had to remind myself that he was a student and not a teacher; such was his ability, dedication, and the way he inspired is fellow classmates.  I had the privilege of working with him on various occasions in recent years.  I never knew him to be anything but the consummate professional —respectful, approachable, believing in his work.  His commitment to his students, his talent, his kindness; I will always admire and remember these.

Kyle was my music director for ALiEN8 at the Bucks County Playhouse. He was amazing to work with, and so incredibly talented. I have such fond memories of his dog Ruby coming to rehearsals, and watching him play piano from the monitor backstage. You are infinite Kyle, I will miss you.

Kyle was my music director for Cinderella and Shrek at the Bucks County Playhouse. He created a fun, professional, and loving environment. I feel blessed that I had the pleasure of working with him. I remember he would bring in his dog every now and then and it was so much fun!! He spread positivity and made me feel proud of the voice I was producing for the show. So grateful for the man and teacher he was. May he rest in peace and happiness❤️🕊️

Kyle was a treasured colleague and collaborator. He made beautiful music and helped so many young people find their voices. I valued the times we worked together. All my condolences to his friends and loved ones. He will be missed.

Kyle was the music director when I did Cinderella with the Bucks County Playhouse and it was one of my favorite experiences. He created such a warm and fun space for us to do the work! I have such fond memories of spending my Summer with him in the sweaty Lambertville Hall. May he rest in peace.

Dear Mr. Kyle, 
I loved you as a teacher and I’m very sad you passed away. I will always think of you while singing one of the songs from Once On This Island called Waiting for Life.
One memory I had and remember is when after we did our usual warm-ups we would add Zing a Mona, each time we would go faster and faster and it was really funny.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Kyle was a precious soul and a very  wonderful man. He always had a smile and kindness to offer. We will keep your family in our thoughts.

We are heartbroken to learn of Kyle's passing.  He was an amazing teacher and an even more amazing person.  My daughter loves her lessons with him more than anything and his loss with be felt forever.   He will live on in the hearts of his students.   We will miss you Mr. Kyle.   The Loehrig Family.

My daughter, Sienna, just started taking vocal lessons with Kyle this year. He was not only an amazing teacher, but a fantastic role model who always showed such compassion, gentleness, and kindness. Sienna connected with him and was so excited for each and every lesson with him. We could not have asked for a better influence!

He was such an amazing performer as well…we were moved with his performances at the last recital. I cannot tell you how heart broken we are. The world was a better place with Kyle in it. We miss him already. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends…Kyle was one in a million.
