Linda L. Shaw Linda L. Shaw died surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Chandler Hall Hospice, Newtown, following a courageous battle with brain cancer. Born in Pottsville, PA, the daughter of the late Claire (Whitman) and David A. Marberger she was a Levittown resident for the past year. Linda worked in administration at Archbishop Ryan High School from 1990 until 2004. She was then a secretary for Eastern Manufacturing until her illness. Linda was the devoted mother of Jeffrey Shaw (Lettie Saylor) and Nicole Donahue (Dan) and the proud grandmother of Alyssa Donahue. She will also be sadly missed by one aunt, one uncle, one step sister, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her dog, Daisy. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, 7:00 until 9:00 pm and on Tuesday, 10 until 11:00 am, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Interment will be held privately.
