Born in Clairton, PA to William and Mary (Lazur) DeFeo, she was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from Pennsbury High School, Class of 1965. She was employed as a secretary with Bell Telephone.
She was an avid dog lover, and enjoyed playing the slots at Parx Casino. She also enjoyed working in the yard and being outdoors.
Mary Jane is predeceased by her parents and her loving dogs, Whiskers and Bandit. She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 44 years, Mike Hagan; her brother, William DeFeo (Joanne); her sister, Susan Diefes (Richard), and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM at Saint Frances Cabrini, 325 S Oxford Valley Rd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 AM.
Burial will occur on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940. Please be in line at the main office no later than 11:15 AM.
