Mary Elizabeth Parkinson died on November 21st at the age of 62.Born in Bristol, PA, daughter of the late Gertrude (Shinn) and William Curran, Mary Elizabeth has been a long time resident of Lower Bucks County.She met her husband, James, while both attending Pennsbury High School, and it was love at first sight.Mary Elizabeth loved the snow and going to the beach. She also enjoyed the wilderness, spending time with her grand children, and shopping.Beloved wife of 42 years to James A. Parkinson, Mary Elizabeth is the loving mother of Stefanie Post (Jeff) and the late Kristine Parkinson.She is the dear sister of Patrick Curran (Judy), the late Dennis Curran (Monica), and the late Ronald Curran. She was also an aunt to many loving nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, November 30, 2020, from 10:30 until 11:30 at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 11:30 am.
