Born in Philadelphia, Matthew was the son of the late William and Alfreda Correll. He was raised in Levittown and attended Manor Elementary School and Pennsbury High School. He was an avid fisherman who loved riding his Harley Davidson and working on cars and trucks.
Matthew was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Leslie Hawley.
Matthew is survived by his daughter Rebecca Faber; his son Matthew McCormick; his brother William Correll; his sisters Julie Laskey and Melissa Staite; and his nieces and nephews: Jesse and Jamie Staite, Austin Correll, and Eric Hawley.
Services for Matthew will be held privately.
