Matthew A. Falter

Matthew A. Falter Matthew A. Falter died on Saturday, February 25, 2012. He was 37. Born in Ohio, the son of Sherry (Bittner) and Alfred Falter, Jr., he was a long time resident of Yardley prior to moving to Quakertown in 2003. Mr. Falter was a 1993 graduate of Pennsbury High School and a 2003 graduate of Cittone Institute. Matt was a very kind and caring person. He had a big heart; it made Matt very happy to help others. Matt was a good friend and he had a great sense of humor. Matt had a very strong faith in God. Matt was a great handyman and very generous with his time and talents. Matt loved to cook; he was a fabulous chef and would put a great deal of care into creating wonderful meals. Besides cooking, Matt;s hobbies included taking care of his yard and garden, wood working , assembling model cars, golfing and fishing. Matt wa a big sports fan; he especially liked Nascar races and football. Matt was a big fan of the Cleveland Browns as well as the Ohio State Buckeyes. His daughter, Melaina, was the pride and joy of Matt's life and he looked forward to every moment spent with her. Matt often referred to Melaina as his "True Gift From God." It was very important to Matt that he share his values and faith in God with his daughter. Matt especially enjoyed spending time with Melaina at the beach and taking her to the "fair" on the boardwalk. Husband of Stefanie K. (Bozek); father of Melaina A. Falter. Matt was the brother of Michael Falter and his fiancee, Tiffany Preston; grandson of Alfred H. Falter, Sr.; son-in-law of Ronald and Elaine Bozek; brother-in-law of Jennifer Petrillo (TJ) and Barbara Kuchta (Matthew); and the grandson-in-law of Eleanor Bozek and Mary Staub. He will also be sadly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Matt was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marie Falter, Richard Bittner and Virginia Bittner Cole. Matt is now in heaven with his companion, Sparky. Services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of his family.
