Patricia Ann Alonzo

Patricia Ann Alonzo Patricia Ann Alonzo died suddenly at her home in Fairless Hills on Sunday, May 11, 2014 after a brief illness. She was 74. Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, Patty was the daughter of the late Larry and Anna (Menendez) Raschella. Patty is survived by her husband of 46 years, Lloyd, as well as her daughters, Denise Esposito (Joseph) of Stamford, CT; Christine Mudrick (Michael) and Jennifer Antonini (Matthew) both of Fairless Hills. She was the devoted grandmother of Stephen, Victoria, Ryan, Evan, Gabriella, Colin, Sarah and Spencer. A graduate of West Virginia University, Patty was an accomplished musician traveling with Raphael Mendez as his accompanist, before settling down to raise her family. Patty was an active member of Saint Frances Cabrini Parish where she was Director of Music and Liturgy for over 30 years. While at Saint Frances Cabrini, she taught music appreciation in the former parish school to many children in grades K-8. In her retirement, Patty enjoyed her family, her crosswords puzzles and her "Law and Order". May she always be remembered for her great sense of humor, and her fabulous choice of adjectives! Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 9:30 am at Saint Frances Cabrini Church, Fairless Hills followed by the Rite of Committal in Resurrection Cemetery. There will be no calling hours on Thursday morning. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
