Our sincere condolences to the Socoloski family.

My thoughts and prayers are with Paul's family.  I really enjoyed working the Paul.  He was a great Chief Engineer and someone I could always count on to do the best for the Navy regardless of how difficult it may be.  I will miss him very much.

I had the honor and privilege of working with Paul in many different capacities and am so much better for it.  Paul altered my career trajectory more than he knew, and for that I will always be grateful.  He always had the best interest of the Navy at heart and was a true patriot.  He left way too soon and will be sorely missed in the halls of NSWCPD. 

My Thoughts and prayers to the Socoloski family.  Paul was a very respected collogue at NSWCPD. I will always remember his caring heart and always took the time to asked about my aging parents whenever we crossed paths.  Paul you will surely be missed. 

My thoughts and deepest sympathy to the Socoloski Family.As Naval colleague partnering on doing what's best for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Paul Socoloski become one of the most trusted and respected men I've ever known in my short tenure working with him.  He shared his views on a host of trendy topics, displayed a passion for doing the right things and getting the right things done.  He also showed a profound curiosity for wanting to learn and do more for the navy and its warfighters.  He exuded honor, integrity, courage and commitment.  Finally, Paul demonstrated what a great worker truly does every day he served on the job. I am glad to have known him for the knowledge he so gracious shared with anyone who thought to ask or sit and listen to him articulate his wisdom.I will miss his kindness, openness, respect, thoughtfulness and plain old common sense chats on how to solve problems and fill needs.  To Pauls family, I express my condolence for your and our tremendous loss.  

My deepest sympathy to the Socoloski Family.  I had the honor of working with Paul many years.  He was a very talented engineer and skilled supervisor but most importantly a man of integrity who knew how to say he was sorry when a mistake was made.  I have so much respect for the person Paul was and he will always be remembered by myself and my family members who also worked with him (Bill Kraynik - husband, John Kraynik - son).

Paul you will be missed. Thank you so much for believing in me and pushing me forward like you've done so many others.  I will never forget the long nights we discussed cyber security and the lessons you taught me. Paul was always a step ahead; always figuring out how to make things better...as Paul would say "when there is chaos, there are opportunities". Paul was a great boss and mentor.  My deepest condolences to the Socoloski family.

I am so saddened by the loss of good man. When I think of Paul I see a talented engineer, a man who could smile under adversity, a guy who loved his family, the man who figured out what happened to the fluid coupling on the reverse reduction gear test failure, the guy who told me to can Netscape, you gotta do Google Don and a man I always considered to be a friend. The world is a lesser place today without Paul.

Dearest Socoloski family, I would like all of you to know that Paul was the perfect gentleman and never bragged about his smarts. I not only had the honor of working with Paul but also working with Jill. She always made time for me and never made me feel inferior! She and Paul are true professionals and beautiful people!

Paul was an amazing older cousin who never left me feeling out.  Claudia was the last of her generation and I was the first and yet we were only 3 years or so apart.  I spent a summer with Claudia and Paul and the others always treated me as a sibling. I will always treasure the close knit family structure the Socoloski's have. Their acceptance of anyone and their unbiding loyalty.  We came from a great set of great grandparents who instilled a work ethic, a time to have fun ethic and hey anyone is fair game to tease but it was a loving teasing.  May Paul rest in peace and join the rest of the Socoloski's that have passed before them as they wait lovingly for us to join them when its our time. We will continue the family reunions in heaven! We are so saddened to hear of Pauls passing, He was a really great guy.  Brian & I will never forget the years and the conversations we had with both Paul & Lynn while our children attended  school together.  May Paul Rest In Peace in the Arms of the Angels.  Our prayer are with his family at this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss.  My deepest sympathies.  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

It was an honor for me to work for Paul at the Navy Yard and Ill always remember his positive attitude and his sense of humor. Paul promoted a sense of teamwork among his people and was dedicated to developing the talents of younger engineers. But more than a boss or co-worker, I will remember Paul as a friend. He will be missed, but his inspiration to those he worked with will live on. 

We will miss you Paul. Your smile, your laugh and your humor. Love and prayers to your family. 

I am extremely heartbroken over the loss of Paul.  I will always remember him at work, stopping and chatting with me and us laughing at his funny family stories.NSWCPD will feel the void of Paul for years to come. My deepest condolences to my friend Jill, and the entire Socoloski family.  May the memories you have of him provide you with some comfort in this most difficult time.
