Robert E. Krause

Robert E. Krause, of Levittown passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at home on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. He was 49. Born in Philadelphia, Robert has been a long time resident of Lower Bucks County and was a 1982 graduate of Pennsbury High School. He was employed with Northeast Foods for over 20 years. Robert enjoyed bike riding, fishing, crabbing and bowling. He also enjoyed auto racing and fixing cars. He loved to cook seafood and sushi and truly loved cooking for his kids. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan who loved to laugh and make others laugh. Most of all he loved to spend time with his children and family. Robert was the son of the late Henry B. and Sarah L. Krause. He was the beloved father of Robert "Bobby" Krause and Hannah Krause. He was the loving brother of Sonny (Peggy) Krause, Lynda (Scott) Bennett, Lisa (Tony) Swidra and Christopher Krause. He was the devoted uncle of Amber and Austin Bennett and Anthony and Tyler Swidra. Family and friends are invited to call Saturday from 8 until 10 a.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
