Robert John Simpson

Born in Philadelphia, Bob was raised in Levittown and was a 1968 graduate of Neshaminy High School. He had been employed with Patio Enclosures for many years prior to his retirement. After retiring, he and his wife decided to move to the Poconos.

Bob loved living in the Poconos and enjoyed the wildlife and fishing. In his early years, he enjoyed a great round of golf and hunting with his buddies. He will truly be missed by his family, many friends and his "Pocono Family".

Bob is the beloved husband of 50 years to Patsy (Vest); loving father of Patricia Valeri (Ronald), Jacqueline Nelson (Kevin) and Stacy Russell (Lee); and devoted grandfather of Corinne, Bobby, Austin, Lee, Adriana.

He is the dear brother of Eric, John, Cindy, Betty Jo and Debbie and the uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Bob was predeceased by his parents, Helen and Harold Simpson; his brother, Kevin; and sisters, Theresa, Donna and Karen.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, July 6, from 9:30 am until 11:30 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 11:30 am. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Robert's name may be made to Women's Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
